2. Be careful not to place the conveyor belt roll when it is opened. In the working place where it is not suitable to be released, the conveyor belt roll can be opened first, and the nylon conveyor belt at the telescopic part has a large angle. What to do is to avoid damaging the nylon conveyor belt. It is recommended to place the nylon conveyor belt on the telescopic part.

3. The conveyor belt can be replaced at one time. If the conveyor belt is replaced, the new belt can be combined with the old belt, and the belt can be unloaded and the new nylon conveyor belt can be installed together.

4. Avoid lowering failure. For transport aircraft in horizontal operation, the old transport aircraft can be sealed at any point. For transport aircraft in oblique direction operation, the sealing point must be selected to avoid lowering failure due to weight.

5. Avoid extrusion when pulling the rope. After adjusting the position of the new belt on the transport plane, fix one side of the tape with a clamp, then connect the rope between the roller and the rack, and use the pulling rope machine to evenly mount the polyester EP conveyor belt into the transport plane. When pulling the rope, avoid the large angle conveyor belt and the rack from squeezing each other.

6. Fix with a clamp. Use a clamp to fix one side of the texture conveyor belt on the conveyor rack, and tighten the other end through the movable pulley set until the texture conveyor belt is no longer loose on the buffer roller.

7. Keep the tensioning machine at a proper distance, and fix the tensioning machine at a distance of about 100~130mm from the terminal.
